Hello again my lovelies,

Thank you for all the fantastic feedback after my first blog post! It was so nice to hear from you all.

This post is about what to expect on your trial & some little tips to make sure we get everything perfect, during our time together.

I usually like to book trials in with my Brides, at least 3 months before the big day! This ensures that we have plenty of time to work on your look & discuss skincare tips, so that we can make sure your skin is in perfect condition in time for your wedding day.

During your trial, I will discuss with you, your do’s & dont’s! Your colour theme, your dress, your hairstyle, whether you will be having any treatments done prior to the big day?! Things like spray tans, eyebrow waxing etc. All things that need to be considered to bring the look together.

Your trial is the perfect time to try out parts of your look that you might have been unsure about. Like eyelashes, a winged liner or darker lip. It gives you the opportunity to see it all together, without the worry that if you don’t like parts of it, it’s not going to ruin your big day.

I always encourage “honest feedback” I want you to feel comfortable and beautiful. So honesty is the best policy. I’d much prefer you to say something, so we can tweak your look to make sure it’s perfect on the day.

After all, that’s exactly what the trial is for!

Once the look is complete and you are happy. I take pictures and notes of products/colours/skin prep we have used. So I have a point of reference on the day.

Of course things can change on the day itself, you might want to tweak things again, you might have had a tan that you didn’t plan on etc. No problem, I’ll work with you on the day to make sure it’s right.

Lastly, it’s a chance for you to get to know me and me you. I love hearing all about your wedding plans, how you got engaged and everything in between.

I don’t only offer trials to Brides. Mums come along and bridesmaids too. Anyone is welcome to have a trial, as I understand having your make up done by someone different can be a big deal. So let me know how many would like a trial and we can get you all booked in.

I can’t wait to meet more of you and find out all about your big day!

Speak soon

Rebecca 💛
